A.H. International Co., Ltd. (the "Company”, “we”, “us”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided by us. (the “Services”)
1 (Personal Information)
"Personal Information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the “Personal Information Protection Act”), and means information about a living individual which can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact details, or other description contained in such information, as well as data such as facial images, fingerprints, voiceprints, and insurer numbers of health insurance cards that can identify a specific individual by themselves (personally identifiable information).
2 (Personal Information We Collect)
We may ask users to provide personal information such as their name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, driver' s license number, etc., when registering for use. In addition, we may collect transaction records and payment-related information that includes users' personal information from our business partners (including information providers, advertisers, ad delivery providers, etc. (the "Partners")) The main types of personal information collected by the Company are as follows:

3 (Our Use of Personal Information)
The purposes for which we collect and use personal information are as follows:

4 (Changes to the Purpose of Use)
(1) We may make changes to the purpose of using personal information only when the purpose is reasonably deemed relevant to the original purpose.
(2) When we change the purpose of use, we will notify users of the new purpose or publicly announce it on our website by a method prescribed by us.
5 (Transfer of Personal Information to Third Parties)

(1) Except for the following cases, we will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the user. However, this does not apply where permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws and regulations:

- b. When it is especially necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual

- d. When the following matters have been notified or publicly announced in advance, and the Company has filed the necessary notification with the Personal Information Protection Commission:

The method of transfer to third parties
That the transfer of personal information to third parties will be suspended upon the individual' s request
The method of accepting such requests from the individuals

(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following cases are not considered third-party provision:
- a. When we outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary for the achievement of the purpose of use
- b. When personal information is provided as a result of a merger or other succession of business
- c. When personal information is jointly used with a specific party, and the individual has been notified in advance or placed in a state where the individual can easily know of that fact, the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of those using the information, the purpose of use, and the name or title of the person responsible for managing the personal information
6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

(1) When we are requested by the individual to disclose their personal information,we will promptly disclose it to the individual. However, we may choose not to disclose all or part of the information if disclosure falls under any of the following cases, and if a decision is made not to disclose, we will promptly notify the individual of that decision. Please note that a fee of ¥1,000- will be charged per request for disclosure.
- a. When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual or a third party
- b. When there is a significant risk of interference with the proper execution of our business
- c. When disclosure would violate other laws or regulations
- (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, us, as a general rule, will not disclose information other than personal information such as history information and characteristic information.
7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
- (1) If a user's personal information held by us is incorrect, the user may request correction, addition, or deletion (the “Correction, etc.”) in accordance with the procedures established by us.
- (2) If we determine that it is necessary to respond to the request based on the results of the request in the preceding paragraph, we shall promptly make the Correction, etc.
- (3) When we make the Correction, etc., or decides not to do so, it will promptly notify the user of such decision.
8 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)
- (1) If we are requested by an individual to suspend the use or erase their personal information (the “Suspension of Use, etc.”) on the grounds that the information is being handled beyond the scope of the stated purpose of use or has been acquired by wrongful means, we will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
- (2) Based on the results of the investigation, if it is deemed necessary to comply with the request, we will promptly carry out the Suspension of Use, etc.
- (3) We will promptly notify the user of the results whether we decide to carry out the Suspension of Use, etc. or not to take action based on the preceding paragraph.
- (4) Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if it is difficult to perform the Suspension of Use, etc. due to high costs or other reasons and if alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the user, we will take it.
9 (Changes to Our Privacy Policy)
- (1) The content of this Policy may be changed without prior notice to users, except as otherwise provided by law or specified in this Policy.
- (2) Except for specified by us, the revised Privacy Policy shall become effective when posted on our website.
